Billing

Subscriptions, cancellation, and restore

Fyll subscriptions are managed through the app store account used for purchase. Fyll cannot cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription for you.

Restore purchases

If your paid access is missing after reinstalling, switching devices, or signing back in, use the restore purchases option in the app. Contact us if access still does not appear.

Deletion, export, and privacy requests

You can contact us about account deletion, data export, correction, privacy choices, or questions about retained data.

Delete your account

Use the account deletion option in Fyll settings where available. If you cannot access your account, email hello@fyllapp.com from the email address associated with your account.

Export or access your data

Fyll supports account export for core account, profile, meal, reflection, reward, and summary data. Email us if you need help finding or using export tools.

Security or privacy concern

For privacy or security concerns involving your Fyll account, meal photos, health context, or subscription status, include "privacy" or "security" in the subject line.

A little context helps us answer faster without asking you to repeat the same details.

  1. The email address on your Fyll account, if different from the one you use to contact us.
  2. Your device type, operating system version, and Fyll app version if the issue is technical.
  3. A short description of what happened and the steps you tried before contacting us.
  4. Screenshots if they help explain the issue, with any sensitive information removed if you prefer.

Fyll provides nutrition estimates and food-pattern observations for educational use. It is not a medical device and does not provide diagnosis, treatment, dietary prescriptions, or emergency support. If you may be experiencing a medical emergency, contact local emergency services immediately.
